Residential Lawn Care That Doesn't Need Babysitting
Recurring mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup for homes across Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and York County — on a schedule you can actually count on.
Who this is for
You Have Better Things to Do Than Manage a Lawn Guy
Busy families. Frequent travelers. Folks who'd rather spend Saturday at the lake than behind a mower. Homeowners who've been burned by a company that showed up whenever, skipped the edging, and stopped answering texts.
Our residential service is built around one promise: you shouldn't have to think about your yard. It gets done on schedule, it gets done completely, and if weather moves your day, you hear it from us first.
Everything works contactless if you want it to — quoting from photos, service while you're at work, updates by text, billing online. Plenty of customers have never met us in person. Their lawns don't seem to mind.
Every visit
What "Done" Means to Us
A maintenance visit isn't finished when the mower stops. It's finished when the property looks handled.
Mowed correctly
Cut at the right height for your grass type and the season — not scalped to stretch the schedule.
Trimmed completely
Fence lines, mailbox, tree rings, play sets — the spots other crews "didn't see."
Edged sharp
A real blade edge along drives, walks, and curbs. It's the line your neighbors notice.
Blown clean
Clippings off every hard surface, gates closed, nothing left behind but the finish.
Simple monthly pricing

Common questions
Residential Service FAQs
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Most customers aren't. If you have a locked gate, we'll coordinate access once and note it on your account. Service updates arrive by text or email, whichever you prefer.
What about my dog?
We love dogs and we're careful with gates — closing them is on our end-of-visit checklist, every visit. Just let us know your setup in the estimate form so we can plan around backyard access.
What happens when it rains on my service day?
You get a message from us — before your scheduled time, not after you've noticed the yard wasn't cut. Service moves to the next workable day and we tell you which day that is. Mowing saturated turf damages it, so we don't.
Is there a contract?
Plans are straightforward recurring service agreements — the terms come with your estimate in plain English before you approve anything. No surprise auto-renewal games.
