Honest Starting Prices, Not Bait Prices
The prices above are real starting points for typical properties in our area — not teaser rates. Your final monthly price depends on things that genuinely change the work:
- Property and lawn size
- Service frequency (weekly vs. every two weeks)
- The number and size of prunable bushes
- The amount of mulch or number of pine-straw bales your beds need
You'll get one property-specific number in writing before service ever begins, and that's the number you pay. If something on the property changes mid-season, we talk about it first.

Is the monthly price the same year-round?

What if I only want mowing occasionally?
We're built around recurring care, but one-time services — cleanups, mulch, leaf removal — are always available. For as-needed mowing, ask; availability depends on the season and route.
How do I pay?
We invoice on the schedule that fits you — monthly, quarterly, or per-service for one-time work — with easy online payment. Autopay is available once your account is set up, so recurring service never needs a check under the doormat.
