This website is operated by Attention to Detail Lawn Care, a lawn care and landscape maintenance business serving Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, York, and surrounding South Carolina communities. Using this site to request an estimate does not create a service agreement — service begins only after you approve a written estimate.

Estimates and pricing

• Starting prices shown on this site (including plan prices) are generalized starting points, not final quotes.
• Final pricing depends on property size, service frequency, the number and size of prunable bushes, and material quantities such as mulch yards or pine-straw bales.
• A property-specific estimate is provided in writing before service begins, and that estimate — not this website — governs the price of your service.

Service scheduling

Service days may shift due to weather, ground conditions, holidays, or safety concerns. We communicate changes in advance whenever possible. Recurring service details — frequency, seasonal adjustments, and cancellation terms — are stated on your written estimate or service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card numbers on our systems.

Property access and conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information (gates, codes, pets) and for making us aware of hazards such as buried lines they know of, irrigation components, or unstable ground. We treat every property with care and will report any issue we cause or discover.
